MonarchRBN

MonarchRBN is an armor in Chapter 5 of Deltarune. It can be obtained by fusing ScarfMark and PrincessRBN in Castle Town.

The MonarchRBN gives +6 DF and +2 Magic while also increasing healing by 12.5%. This applies to all sources of healing excluding the GreenApron, including consumables.

If a character has both the MonarchRBN and the BlueRibbon equipped, both increase the amount healed by 12.5% of the item's regular healing, rounded up. This means the healing amount after both are equipped is $\text{Heal}+2\lceil \frac{\text{Heal}}{8}\rceil$.
