S.補藥（英：S.POTION）是Deltarune中的一種消耗品，首次出現在第五章，可為單個隊員回復200HP。在第五章中，與城堡鎮的Wafer互動後選擇“淨化毒藥”可將背包中所有S.毒藥轉化為S.補藥。
- 截至第五章，S.補藥是遊戲中回血量最高（200HP）、花費最低（50黑暗幣）的消耗品之一，並且可以大量獲得。其回復能力與Kris使用潭珠汽水、Susie使用夢芬達、Ralsei使用Flowery汽水時相等。因此，建議在第二章從Spamton那裏買一些S.毒藥，到第五章後再轉換成S.補藥。這個策略唯一的問題是，S.毒藥會佔用第二章相對有限的存儲空間，並且要一直帶到第五章才會有回報。

- The S.POTION is likely a brand tie-in energy drink that Spamton had prior to losing access to his mysterious benefactor. The S.POTION states it is collaborating with a certain car brand, and Spamton is associated with a company called "Big Shot Autos".
- The S.POTION shares its name with the advertised item in Spamton's shop. This is a trait shared with the FrayedBowtie, which is sold as the B.ShotBowtie, an item found in Swatch's shop.
- Despite being cured, the adverse effect/taste implied by Susie and Noelle may be in reference to the discomfort some have when drinking energy drinks due to their high caffeine content, especially since those who are underage are advised against drinking them.
- Noelle may also be noticing the actual expiration date (which would not change in the curing of S.POISON to S.POTION) as opposed to tasting it and noticing it having gone sour.
