S.补药（英：S.POTION）是Deltarune中的一种消耗品，首次出现在第五章，可为单个队员回复200HP。在第五章中，与城堡镇的Wafer互动后选择“净化毒药”可将背包中所有S.毒药转化为S.补药。
- 截至第五章，S.补药是游戏中回血量最高（200HP）、花费最低（50黑暗币）的消耗品之一，并且可以大量获得。其回复能力与Kris使用潭珠汽水、Susie使用梦芬达、Ralsei使用Flowery汽水时相等。因此，建议在第二章从Spamton那里买一些S.毒药，到第五章后再转换成S.补药。这个策略唯一的问题是，S.毒药会占用第二章相对有限的存储空间，并且要一直带到第五章才会有回报。

- The S.POTION is likely a brand tie-in energy drink that Spamton had prior to losing access to his mysterious benefactor. The S.POTION states it is collaborating with a certain car brand, and Spamton is associated with a company called "Big Shot Autos".
- The S.POTION shares its name with the advertised item in Spamton's shop. This is a trait shared with the FrayedBowtie, which is sold as the B.ShotBowtie, an item found in Swatch's shop.
- Despite being cured, the adverse effect/taste implied by Susie and Noelle may be in reference to the discomfort some have when drinking energy drinks due to their high caffeine content, especially since those who are underage are advised against drinking them.
- Noelle may also be noticing the actual expiration date (which would not change in the curing of S.POISON to S.POTION) as opposed to tasting it and noticing it having gone sour.
